I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Gracery Sapporo. The location directly across from JR Sapporo Station made it incredibly convenient for travel. The buffet breakfast offered a remarkable assortment of dishes, combining both Japanese and Western options, ensuring a delightful start to my day.

The rooms felt a bit cramped.

The Standard Twin Room was a snug retreat, boasting a perfect view that flooded the space with natural light. The large buffet breakfast was a delightful treat, featuring an array of Japanese breakfast options that really set the tone for my day. Direct access to the underground shopping street made it super easy to explore shops and restaurants without braving the weather outside.

Horribly dark elevator needs better lighting!!! Stale smoke odor from carpets is intolerable, making it hard to sleep!!! Also, the air conditioner is ineffective and too cold even at the highest settings!!!

Convenient and cozy stay!

Loved how close this place is to Sapporo Station—made getting around a breeze! The staff were super friendly. they even left tea and cups outside my door while I was out. Room was cozy but on the smaller side for two. The breakfast spread was decent, but the coffee in the lounge was a nice perk!

Direct access to the JR station through the underground shopping mall made commuting simple, especially in snowy weather. However, the room felt small for comfort, and the wifi connection was intermittent, resulting in slow speeds at times. Also, navigating with large luggage can be challenging due to stairs in the underground passage.

Recommended for solo travelers

The hotel is super convenient, just a quick walk from the station, which was perfect for my big luggage on the way to the airport. The staff helped me out with my bags. that was a nice touch that made my stay better! !

It wasn't exactly cheap, but given the location and service, it was acceptable.
